Dr. Kaushesh attends more than 300 credit hours of the most sophisticated continuing education every year (even though only 25 per year are required for him to maintain his license) in order to focus all his professional resources and energy on YOU - to serve YOU, to pamper YOU, to treat YOU with the best possible available technology, and your loved ones like his own. Our entire staff attends 10 hours of continued laser, sedation and patient care training with Dr. Kaushesh and other instructors every month. Dr. Kaushesh' passion to provide his patients the latest and greatest of what science and techology has to offer is reflected in the amount of continuing education and credentialing he obtains continuously.  He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry - awarded through the Academy of General Dentistry after extensive training and testing recieved by less than 5% of all dentists (FAGD), Master of the College of Sedation in Dentistry (MaCSD) - awarded by the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (an honor received after extensive training and testing by less than 0.1% of all dentists). Dr. Kaushesh is a Diplomate of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DDOCS).

Additionally, the future outloook for Dr. Kaushesh's training will take a route towards authoritative expertise in implant and general dentistry. He is currently attending numerous courses in five different AGD Mastertrack programs (Nebraska, New York, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Virginia) in to obtain the highest standard and achievement in general dentistry in the world- Mastership in the AGD - the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). He recently graguated from a one year long mini-residency Implant Program at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, and a one year implant surgical program through the prestegious Misch International Implant Institute. He is board eligible and is currently working towards his Diplomate board certification status by the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI). He has been a dental adviser for the admissions and curriculum committee at the Mohave Community College School of Dental Hygiene for many years.

He teaches implant, sedation and surgical dentistry at various national and international stages to general dentists and specialists at various dental societies and universities.

Jennifer Kaushesh

A caring professional by heart, Jennifer, our Office Manager spent 5 years of her initial career with the American Institute of Physics on Wall Street, NYC and Melville NY. She holds a Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in physical science. Her interests lie in interoffice and staff communication, training, patient education and protocol efficiency. She is originally from Little Rock, AR where she met and married Dr. Kaushesh. She also is a full time mother of two gorgeous children.
 

Canli Ringgenberg, RDH

Canli is our Office Manager and also a Registered Dental Hygienist. Canli is originally from southern California. She was a dental technician before attending dental hygiene school in Bullhead City. She joined our team this year and has a deep interest in patient education, treatment efficiency and office management. She is happily married and likes to watch movies in her spare time.

Hesper Lehnert

Hesper Lehnert is our front desk manager. She focuses on patient care and patient scheduling. Hesper holds a bachelors degree in Communication with a double minor in English and Mass Communication from Texas Tech University. Hesper is originally from Lubbock, TX and has resided in Lake Havasu city for two years. She enjoys the outdoors and loves extreme activities. One of her favorite pass times is to run and push the distance.

Mike Beliveau

Mike Belvieau recently joined our team as a lead assistant. He is no stranger to patient care; after earning his associates degree in fire sciences, Mike spent over 11 years in medical and dental fields. This is where Mike came to realize patient care was one of his passions. Mike is always hard working, optimistic, and very ambitious. Mike loves spending time with his beautiful wife, and his five wonderful daughters who continue to keep him young.

Nicole Lopes

I have lived in Lake Havasu City since I was a small child. I enjoy anything that has to do with the outdoors, especially the water and the lake. I love to go boating and spend as much time as I can with family and friends. I am a very outgoing person with a huge heart. I look forward one day to start a family of my own. The dental field has always been a huge interest to me and I am now very excited to have a career as a dental assistant.

Ethel Hattenburg

The dental field has always been a great interest of mine. I was born in the Philippines and moved to the States in 1993. Newly Married, I have been living in Lake Havasu City for a year and truly enjoy the hot weather. My passion is my family and friends - with whom, I love to spend my time with. My mom is my best friend and role model. She raised five kids by herself. I look forward to being a mother one day and become just like her. I enjoy meeting new patients and taking care of them.
